APPLICATION FOR SPECIAL EVENT LIQUOR LICENCE IN RESPECT OF GUGULETHU CRAFT BEER FESTIVAL: REF NUMBER: E19100010
The Subcouncil Manager informed the members that it be NOTED that an application for an Section 48(4) Event Liquor Licence received from Vuyani Blom was considered in terms of sub delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 11 recommends that the application reference number. E19100010, for the Gugulethu Craft Beer Festival BE SUPPORTED

RESOLVED
It was RESOLVED that the decision is recommended in terms of approval by Subcouncil and WCLA. Erf 10179 zoned as GB4 for primary business activity operation. As of right vested property rights. The application recommended for approval i.t.o Delegation 24 (4) (1), 24 (7 (2) and 24 (9) (3).for liquor, event and road closure
The members of the Subcouncil noted the support of the Subcouncil in terms of the sub-delegated authority.
