It is recommended that Subcouncil access the performance of service delivery generally within the area of jurisdiction (outcome monitoring)

Ward committees – Cllr Jali commented that though there is no report on the agenda, the members are not attending constituted meetings but ward events.
Cllr Sotashe suggested that the councilors and manager to list all the sectors and write to them with the concern and declare the sectors/seats open. |
