That the application for the extension of liquor trading hours from 11:00 to 18:00, Sunday trading for Off-Consumption premise in respect of: Checkers Liquorshop N1 City, N1 City Shopping Centre, Erf 32547, Frans Conradie Drive, Goodwood, Licence Reference Number WCP/032496 – Ward 27 BE APPROVED.

Should complaints be received concerning noise and/or unruly behaviour of patrons, these will be investigated and may result in the extended trading hours being withdrawn.
c. Any complaints received concerning noise and/or unruly behaviour of patrons will also be referred to the Western Cape Liquor Authority and may jeopardise the renewal of the liquor licence.
