C3 REPORT: TRACKING AND MONITORING REPORT: SUBCOUNCIL 11: PERIOD 1 SEPTEMBER 2019 TO 1 OCTOBER 2019
The Subcouncil Manager informed the members that the report is submitted to provide Subcouncils with an update on the C3 notifications created and closed period 1 September 2019 to 1 October 2019.
Cllr A Cassiem requested that the Water & Sanitation officials Messrs. Bradley Biko Randall Josephs, Maritz, Sakhiwo Nyatela be invited to the Subcouncil to comment on the infrastructure challenges and regular hotspots affected e.g. recurrent sewerage blockages and challenges with safety when attending to complaints in volatile areas.
