The Subcouncil Manager informed the members that the Subcouncil received email from Mr S Jacobs that he regrets having to advise that the Memorandum confirming the Reservation has not been signed off as yet. In this regard he is of the view that it would be safe to say that the Director will approve the Reservation since she has signed the Report which served before Subcouncil during the Special meeting held during September 2019.
Mr S Jacobs will forward the Subcouncil a copy of the signed Memorandum once in hand. Also note that there is no Lease Agreement to be entered into as a result of the Reservation. |
