That the schedule of the EPWP Jobseeker Outreach Programme for the month of October 2019 taking place in the relevant areas of jurisdiction of Subcouncils BE NOTED.

That in areas where there are high levels of unemployed that jobseeker registration outreach campaigns by Subcouncils BE IDENTIFIED.

That dates, times and locations where such jobseeker registration outreach campaigns were identified by Subcouncils BE PROPOSED.

That the ward plans and profiling as well as census data of wards in the relevant jurisdiction of Subcouncils to give effect to economic inclusion and boosting participants’ employability and the creation of the skills base required for growing the economy BE CONSIDERED.
