RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND
 

1. Subcouncil 20 requests that the name of the Ward Councillor be changed in the report to Cllr Cottle.

2. Subcouncil 20 supports that Property Management inform Heritage to check the art décor (handles etc) as this was a heritage building, fixtures should not be removed.

1. Subcouncil 20 supports that at a political level it be addressed that all properties considered for a lease be referred by Property Management to Heritage to determine whether the property was of heritage value/importance.
