It was resolved that the application submitted by Tops Liqour, Gugulethu Shop 18 Gugulethu Square, Cnr NY1 & Gugulethu for the extension of liquor trading hours Monday to Saturday (18:00 20:00) and Sunday (11:00 18:00) in terms of Subcouncil Delegation 5(2) and Section 6(5) A of the City of Cape Town Liquor Trading days and hours By-Law 2013as amended, BE SUPPORTED on condition that the trading hours are the same as Gugulethu Square, NY1 Gugulethu Road, Gugulethu.
