That the Application for Extension of Liquor Trading Hours for Sunday Trading for Off-Consumption premises in respect of Pick N Pay Goodwood Mall, Erf 22386, Shop 1, MacDonald Street, Goodwood, Licence Reference Number WCP/022073 - Ward 27 BE APPROVED from 12:00 to 17:00 due to the close proximity of religious institutions.

Should complaints be received concerning noise and/or unruly behaviour of patrons, these will be investigated and may result in the extended trading hours being withdrawn.

Any complaints received concerning noise and/or unruly behaviour of patrons will also be referred to the Western Cape Liquor Authority and may jeopardise the renewal of the liquor licence.
