That the content of the C3 Notification Report: August 2019 BE NOTED;

That the City Manager be requested to investigate the non-compliance with different C3 Notification systems that each line department has as this is circumventing and misrepresenting the measurement of the SDBIB. Also, this is difficult for councillors to exercise their responsibility of oversight.
