It is recommended that the lease of a portion of public street, being a portion of erf 1142 adjacent to erf 2067 situated at Beach Road, Strand, shown hatched and lettered ABCD on the attached sketch ET 754 marked annexure A, in extent approximately 230m², to K2017120861 South Africa (PTY) Ltd, owner erf 2067 Strand or its successors in title, BE APPROVED subject to inter alia the following condition, that:

A tariff rental of R1 566, 09 per annum excluding VAT calculated at the rate applicable at the time of transaction by payable. Rates not applicable;

The lease will endure for a period of ten (10) years with an option to renew for further ten (10) years.

The rental will be adjusted annually in terms of the rental tariff structure as approved by Council;

The property be used for gardening and security purposes only;

Subject to such further conditions to be imposed by the Director: Property Management in terms of her delegated authority;

Subject to compliance with any other statutory requirements;

No compensation will be payable for any improvement made to the property.
