RECOMMENDED that
 
The lease of portion of public place, being a portion of erf 5414, adjacent erf 5434 situated at Tarentaal Street, Mikro Park, Kuils River, shown lettered ABC on the sketch ET295 marked annexure A to the report, in extent approximately 12 m², to Rolf Nienaber Botha and Jorina Botha, owners of Erf 5434 or their successor in title, BE APPROVED subject to inter alia the following conditions, that:
 

1. A tariff rental of R522,61 per annum excluding VAT calculated at the rate applicable at the time of transaction be payable.  Rates not applicable;

2. The lease will endure for a period of ten years with an option to renew for a further ten years;

3. The rental will be adjusted annually in terms of the rental tariff structure as approved by Council.

4. The property be used for gardening and security purposes only;

5. Subject to such further conditions to be imposed by the Director: Property Management in terms of her delegated authority;

6. Subject to compliance with any other statutory requirements; and

7. No compensation will be payable for any improvement made to the property.
