Subcouncil 20 notes the contents of the report on Progressive Capital Expenditure for August 2019.
FURTHER RESOLVED

Subcouncil 20 endorses the request for a report on the following aspects:

How the LEOs were coupled.

Who of the LEOs has Drivers’ Licences.

Subcouncil 20 supports that Ward Councillors be informed of any function or event arranged projects linked to Ward Allocations’ funding.

Subcouncil 20 endorses the request that a meeting be arranged with Director Roberts on all the issues regarding costing, what happened to the funding during the period when LEOs were permanently appointed and the Wards were left unattended as well as all the issues Mr Wiltshire did not report back on.

Subcouncil 20 notes the request that Councillors forwards questions to the Subcouncil Manager that should be discussed at the meeting with Director Roberts.

Subcouncil 20 notes the request that Mr Ras arranges a meeting with Constable September and the new LEO of Ward 72 to discuss issues pertaining to the Ward.
