That the 2019/2020 first screening process and minute thereof (Annexure A) BE NOTED;

That the 2019/2020 Grant-in-Aid template (Annexure C) BE NOTED and RECOMMENDED for submission to the Grants Committee to perform the second screening process and thereafter submit to Council for approval.
