It is recommended that:
It be NOTED that an event application for a liquor licence received from EARTH DANCE CAPE TOWN; NO. E19080007 was considered in terms of the Western Cape Liqour Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 08 recommends that the application for a Consumption ON Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. E19080007, for event Earth Dance Cape Town - LLA 19080007, BE SUPPORTED without any conditions.
