SUBCOUNCIL 17 CIVIC AWARDS NOMINATIONS ACCEPTED
Ms Liebenberg referred to page 569 of the agenda and pointed out the No.12 was withdrawn as it was a City Official and that No. 18 should reflect the NGO’s name and not the person. She said that the proposed date for the function is 15 October 2019 and the venue is Athlone Stadium, conference hall.
Ald Cavanagh encouraged Cllrs to attend and said that this was a great event to honor community members who work effortless and tirelessly to enhance their community and make a difference.
The house agreed with the date of 15 October 2019 to have the Civic Awards event.
