That the contents of the report BE NOTED.

That the ACT (Area Coordinating Team) BE ESTABLISHED in Subcouncil 21 according to the process described in the report.

That Subcouncil 21 SUPPORT and ENDORSE the establishment of ACT (Area Coordinating Team).

That a further report BE SUBMITTED to the City Manager of the City of Cape Town to nominate the Acting Subcouncil Manager or the new Subcouncil manager to be appointed as the ACT convenor and the Subcouncil Chairperson, Cllr/Dr Johan van der Merwe to chair the ACT meetings.

That the Subcouncil 21 furthermore SUPPORT and ENDORSE the new MURP Subcouncil 21 focus areas which consists of three (3) wards and covers Kuils River, Zevenwacht, Sarepta, Mfuleni and Wesbank.

That Subcouncil 21 SUPPORT and ENDORSE the development of three (3) Community Action Plans (CAPs) within Subcouncil 21 to cover the Kuils River, Zevenwacht, Sarepta, Mfuleni and Wesbank areas.
