That the Subcouncil arrange a site visit with Ms Brice of Cemeteries in order to see what was completed on the Vaalfontein Cemetery Development project in Ward 15.
-
The Subcouncil follow-up with the Department on the status of the PAAC regarding the Flood Alleviation – Lourens River projects in Ward 84.
-
That the Subcouncil follow-up on what are the proposals for the next phase of the upgrade on the flood alleviation work of the Lourens River in Ward 84.
-
That a formal report on the rollout of CCTV cameras be made available to the Subcouncil and that the official be present at the next meeting in Ward 15.
-
That a follow-up be done on the NHW Equipment as an amount of R3177 is committed but did not receive any equipment on it for Ward 15.

That the report be noted.
