Resolution detail

RESOLVED

1. Subcouncil 20 notes that the organisations on its database be reminded of the registration period for those interested in the DSDF.
2. Subcouncil 20 notes that a communication be sent out to all organisations explaining the benefits of registration (as in Resolution f).
3. Subcouncil 20 notes the request that a further communication be sent to all organisations on the database about the importance of informing the Subcouncil about the elected office bearers after an AGM.
4. Subcouncil 20 notes the request that Ward Councillors be copied in on all communications to organisations. 
5. Subcouncil 20 requests that a printout of the Subcouncil database be forwarded to all Ward Councillors to check for anomalies, corrections to be made and returned to the Subcouncil Manager.
