RESOLVED unanimously by Subcouncil 2 that the new application for a liquor licnce received from Nikos Glengarry for the sale for Consumption ON Premises, Reference No LLA19050010 , Section 36, Erf 17167, De Bron Road & Fairtrees Road, Glengarry Shopping Centre, Vredekloof BE CONDITIONALLY SUPPORTED subject the following:
1. The applicant must adhere to all by-laws and policies;
2. Internal layout be submitted for approval;
3. The applicant need to apply for a food licence as he will be selling liquor and prepare food.
