That it be noted that an application for a liquor licence received from Red Devils Sport Lounge Kuilsriver was considered in terms of sub delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:

Subcouncil 21 recommends that the application for a consumption ON Premises Liquor Licence, reference no LLA19040022, for the business Red Devils Sport Lounge, Kuilsriver, BE CONDITIONALLY SUPPORTED for the following reasons:
That the comments received from the Fire Services be adhered to and the following needs to be submitted to Fire Services:

A complete detailed Fire Protection Plan needs to be submitted for scrutinizing/approval – that will clearly indicate the fire protection measures as per SANS 10400-T:2011 e.g Fire Extinguishers, Fire Fighting Hose Reels, Fire Hydrants, Twin Pumping Booster Connection, Escape Routes, Smoke Control, etc.
