The Chairperson stated that it appeared that the projects in this report is linked to the Mayor’s Special Projects.
Cllr East referred to page 934 and requested that the Subcouncil Manager establish whether the 769 EPWP workers who benefited from skills training did so via the Mayor’s Special Projects programme. The training would be City-wide which made the figure very low.
The Chairperson requested that Mr White ascertain if these EPWP workers benefitted from the Mayor’s Project because separate funding was used for this project.
