It is recommended that:

It BE NOTED that an application for a Special Event Liquor Licence in respect of Event Liquor Licence Section 48(4) for Winter Wonderland Hendon Park, Erf 526, Hendon Park Resort, Faure Marine Drive, Gordon’s Bay, Ward 100, was considered by Subcouncil 8 and that the following recommendation be forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:

Subcouncil 8 SUPPORT the application for a Special Event Liquor Licence in respect of Event Liquor Licence Section 48(4) for Winter Wonderland Hendon Gordon’s Bay. Subcouncil 8 - Ward 100 – E19050001, to take place on 14, 15, 16, 21, 22 and 23 June 2019 with trading hours per Municipal By-law.
