That the Subcouncil note the contents of the Draft Coastal By-law as per Annexure A.
That the Subcouncil note the internal processes that have been completed in the development of the Draft Coastal By-law through the City’s formal structures.
That the Subcouncil note the public participation process and commenting period as per the public participation plan (Annexure B).

FURTHER RESOLVED

That the Subcouncil Manager be tasked with submitting the report to the next round of Ward Committee Meetings scheduled for June 2019.
