Subcouncil 24 supports the recommendation:

Delegated: for decision by the Subcouncil:

It is recommended that Subcouncil:

Approves the initiation of the process for the review of the eight (8) 2012 approved District Spatial Development Framework (previously called District Spatial Plans);

Approves the specific geographic boundary delineation for the respective District Spatial Development Frameworks;

Communicates this project henceforth as the District Spatial Development Framework (District SDF) Review;

Supports the District Spatial Development Frameworks, once agreed to/approved, be the informant of the technical update of the CTMSDF and the new cycle IDP in 2022 by Council in its new term of office;

Supports the proposal to conduct and participate in the proposed built environment empowerment training programme for councilors, officials and community stakeholders.
