UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:

The subcouncil notes the contents of the Draft Coastal By-law as per Annexure A attached to the report;
The Subcouncil note the internal processes that have been completed in the

development of the Draft Coastal By-law through the City’s formal
structures;

The Subcouncil note the public participation process and commenting period as per the public participation plan (Annexure B) attached to the report;
Mr Colenbrander to give a presentation to Subcouncil, its ward committees and civic organisations with regards to the By-Law
