The Subcouncil Manager informed the members that the purpose of the report is to make the Subcouncil aware of the public participation process for the Draft Coastal By-law, commencing 1 August to 2 September 2019.

The members NOTED the report and agreed that the report be tabled at the Ward Committee meetings, Councillors will submit comments on draft Strategy through online electronic comment platform operated by the Public Participation Unit.
