UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED to RECOMMEND that:

a) Council support the amended road reserve boundaries for this section of
   Somerset Road, Green Point;

b) Council requests the competent authority(Western Cape Provincial Government)
    to amend the previous proclamation in terms of section 5(3) of Roads
   Ordinance No. 19 of 1976 and;

c) the land use planning process to amend the zoning be actioned once the
   proclamation amending process is completed
