The purpose of the report is to consider the application of the granting of rights for a period of 10 years to 27 ECD Centre operators in SDECD facilities. |

RESOLVED
|
Subcouncil accepted the content of the report and further recommended that that the right to use, control and manage ECD centers on behalf of council on the following erfs by the applicants in the report be supported.
Subject inter alia to the following conditions:

A consideration of R883 per annum excluding VAT was calculated at the rate applicable at the time of transportation be payable. Rates not applicable;

The management agreement will endure for a period of up to ten (10) years;

The consideration will be adjusted annually in terms of the tariff structure as approved by Council;
-
The property be used for early childhood development purposes only;
-
Subject to such further conditions to be imposed by the Director: Property Management in terms of her delegated authority;
-
Subject to compliance with any other statutory requirements;
-
No compensation will be payable for any improvement made to the property;
