That the 2018/2019 Grants-In-Aid TAP template BE NOTED and RECOMMENDED Grants-In-Aid: 2018/19 for submission to the Section 67 Grants-In-Aid Committee to perform the Second Screening Process and thereafter submit to Council for approval.
