• Cllr Antonio van der Rheede requested Ms Salie to ask Shahied Adams to be in touch with him on all equipment to be procured from 2018/19 ward funding. He further requested that an itemised breakdown of all the equipment purchased from ward 47 ward allocation funding 2017/18 be made available to him. • Ms K Nombakuse reported that Ward allocation projects 2018/19 for ward 47 as discussed and agreed are followed with Faeza Salie and Shahied Adams on weekly basis. Ms Salie informed the members that they are sourcing quotations for the items to be procured. • The Subcouncil requested progress and status feedback report for Human Settlement Implementation CPX.0010914-F1 Pook se Bos Housing Project • Cllr. Ngcombolo complained about a huge portion of NY 138 street that is not accommodated within the Rehabilation project of which the mentioned street also needs upgrade and sidewalk. There are residents, cars and learners that attends at Intshinga Primary School that make use of the road. He is requesting the assistance of the Subcouncil so that the mentioned portion of the road can also be accommodated within the current project. • Ms K Nombakuse informed members of the Subcouncil that City Parks Projects for fencing – there is three projects directly affected in Subcouncil 11 in both wards 44 & 46 – Project Managers have requested top-up funding from the department because the transversal tender currently available for usage by the Line department is way too expensive; still waiting for the outcome. The matter is being dealt with in the office of Robert van Rooyen of Parks. Subcouncil Manager escalated the matter to Director to ask intervention for the following projects CPX.0013484-F1; CPX.0013468-F1; CPX.0013496-F1 • The amount of R200 000 WBS.001151 approved during adjustment budjet Mr I Anthony reported that he has liased with the Ward Councillor regarding implementation of the project.
