The Subcouncil Manager shared the following information • Integrated Awareness Campaigns Fire & Rescue Services and other Line Departments. Subcouncil members agreed that the Campaign be postponed and rescheduled to a later date after elections. Urban Management Mayco Member Alderman Grant Twigg Roadshow - Taking the City's basket of services to communities • 10 April 2019 at Hanover Park Civic 09:00 – 13:00 • 10 April 2019 at Druiwevlei Community Centre Manenberg 18:00 – 20:00 • IDP Budget 2019 / 2020 -11 April 2018 at Gatesville Community Hall 18:00-21:00. Subcouncil will procure transport 8 x 26 seater Taxis and Audio Sound System and all expenses covered by Corporate Finance and PP Unit. • Land Reservation report for Erf 108359 Urban Farming in ward 47 – J De Goede’s office compiled the report and is being circulated for signatures and will serve in the next SC Meeting RESOLVED Members NOTED the information .
