It be NOTED that an application for a liquor licence received from Cosmodor Three, Montague Gardens was considered in terms of sub delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
SubCouncil 03 recommends that the application for a Consumption OFF Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA19010009, for the business Cosmodor Three Gardens BE CONDITIONALLY SUPPORTED:
That based on the comment from the Town Planner as stated in this report, the necessary consent use application be submitted prior to officially conducting the business of sales.
