a) Subcouncil 24 NOTED the content of the report.
b) That Subcouncil 24 COMMENT and make RECOMMENDATIONS to the Executive Mayor together with the Mayoral Committee for submissions to Council in regards to the IDP.
c) That it be NOTED that all Cllrs will submit their comments individually to the Subcouncil or directly to the IDP office within the prescribe time.
