RESOLVED Subcouncil 24 supports the recommendation: a) That it BE NOTED an amount of R240 000 is available on the 2018/2019 budget Ward Allocation Operational Budget for Grants-In-Aid. b) That the amount of R240 000 available as per (a) above BE ALLOCATED as follows: Ward 15 Patch-Helderberg Child Abuse Centre R 50 000 Helderberg Hospice R 50 000 Somerset West Night Shelter R 10 000 R110 00 Ward 84 Somerset West Night Shelter R30 000 Ward 96 Nokuzola Soup Kitchen R 20 000 Abakhanyisi Christian Movement R 20 000 Phaphamani Pre-School R 15 000 Ukwanda Pre-School R 15 000 Lithalethu Educare Centre R 15 000 Nokhanyo Educare Project R 15 000 R100 000 Total R240 000 c) To follow-up whether Cllr Khatshwa was invited to the First Screening of the 18/19 Grant-in-aid.
