a) That the application in terms of section 6of the City of Cape Town liquor trading days and hours by-law 2010 as amended for extension of liquor trading hours: Sunwest International Proprietary Limited t/a Grandwest Casino and Entertainment World, Erf 162686, Jakes Gerwel Drive, Goodwood, liquor licence number: WCP/030120 BE APPROVED.
b) Should complaints be received concerning noise and/or unruly behavior of patrons, these will be investigated and may result in the extended trading hours being withdrawn.
c) Any complaints received concerning noise and/or unruly behavior of patrons will also be referred to the Western Cape Liquor Authority and may jeopardise the renewal of the liquor licence.
