a) That the application for the extension of liquor trading days from 11:00 to 18:00 Sunday trading for off-consumption premises in respect of: Tops Avonwood, Erf 33281, Avonwood Square, Shop 5, corner of Giel Basson, 35th Avenue and Balvenie Avenue, Elsies River, Licence Reference Number WCP/039227 – Ward 28 BE APPROVED subject to the following amendment:
? The address on the application be amended to corner of 35th Avenue and Balvenie Avenue.
b) Should complaints be received concerning noise and/or unruly behavior of patrons, these will be investigated and may result in the extended trading hours being withdrawn.
c) Any complaints received concerning noise and/or unruly behavior of patrons will also be referred to the Western Cape Liquor Authority and may jeopardise the renewal of the liquor licence.
