Resolution detail

a) That the Presentation: Floods in Uitsig and Ravensmead Subcouncil 4 BE NOTED. b) That an overland escape route BE INSTALLED in 7 Poplar Street, Florida Estate via the Term Tender of the Department. c) That additional stormwater pipes BE INSTALLED at the bottom end of Connaught Road, Eureka Estate to drain the localised low area. d) To UNDERTAKE a detailed stormwater camera inspection at N1 City Precinct. e) That once the study for the Elsieskraal Catchment area (Ravensmead: Sub Catchment) is completed that it BE PRESENTED to the Subcouncil as progress and feedback on the floods in Uitsig and Ravensmead. f) That a budget allocation BE SOURCED in order to implement the Infrastructure Master Plan when the study is completed in early 2020. g) That the matter be escalated to the Mayco Member. h) That a meeting BE SCHEDULED with the Director: UM – Area Central, Manager MURP – Area Central, Manager TDA – Area Central, Manager – Catchment, Stormwater and Roads Management, Princial Professional Officer: IM, Subcouncil Manager – Subcouncil 4 – Area Central to discuss MURP methodology, to implement a Precinct Management Problem. i) That the Catchment, Stormwater and Roads Management Department provide the Subcouncil with a Progress Report in August 2019
