RESOLVED that the Report on Service Requests for the period: December 2018 BE NOTED with the following requests for action:
a) The Subcouncil will ensure that the monthly statistics for Ward and PR Councillors are collated timeously;
b) The spate of Sewer: Blocked/Overflow notifications in Ward 50 be resolved with the relevant line department;
c) The problem prohibiting the logging of service requests for informal settlements be resolved, i.e. the plotting of service requests for informal settlements via the GIS;
d) The Department of Water and Sanitation provides feedback on the reasons for the recent shutdown of water supply to Blikkiesdorp, Delft.
