Chairperson advised that this item be removed from the matters receiving attention list as it will be discussed with item namely; 08SUB 10/3/2019 Progressive Capital Expenditure: February 2019, listed to this agenda.

With reference to the above it was resolved that the above item will be removed on the matters receiving attention list.

At this point the Chairperson announced that the item matters receiving attention list be removed from the Subcouncil agenda. She furthermore explained that when such matters arise the Ward Councillor in conjunction with the Subcouncil Manager and the relevant Line Departments must address and investigate the matter at hand and if it cannot be resolved it must be referred Subcouncil meeting in the form of a report submission.

(a) That the Progressive Capital Expenditure: December 2018, BE NOTED.

(b) That a workshop BE ARRANGED with all the project managers and all Councillors.
