The Subcouncil 2 resolved unanimously to recommend to Council
a) That Subcouncil 2 supports and recommends to Council that the amount of R296 589 emanating from 2017/18 savings as well as budget reductions and cancelation of a project BE RE-ALLOCATED to projects as set out in Annexure A.
(a) The new project and 2018/19 budget amendments be included in the January Adjustment Budget.
