Resolution detail

a) That the application for extension of liquor trading hours from 18:00 to 20:00 Monday to Saturday Trading for off-consumption premises in respect of Ultra Liquors (Goodwood), Erven 22386 And 27457, Shop 3, Voortrekker Road, Goodwood Mall, Goodwood, 7500, Licence Reference Number: WCP/002732 – Ward 27 BE APPROVED subject to a condition that the hours be amended from 12:00 to 17:00. b) Should complaints be received concerning noise and/or unruly behavior of patrons, these will be investigated and may result in the extended trading hours being withdrawn. A c) Any complaints received concerning noise and/or unruly behavior of patrons will also be referred to the Western Cape Liquor Authority and may jeopardise the renewal of the liquor licence.
