APPLICATION FOR EXTENSION OF LIQUOR TRADING HOURS FROM 18:00 TO 20:00 MONDAY TO SATURDAY TRADING FOR OFF-CONSUMPTION PREMISES IN RESPECT OF TOPS AT GLENWOOD, ERF 35109, GLENWOOD SHOPPING CENTRE, SHOP 12 & 13 CORNER OF TOWNSEND ROAD AND PINEWOOD AVENUE, GOODWOOD, 7500, LICENCE REFERENCE NUMBER: WCP/037265 – WARD 27 The members approved the extension of liquor trading times. RESOLVED a) That the application for extension of liquor trading hours from 18:00 to 20:00 Monday to Saturday trading for off-consumption premises in respect of Tops at Glenwood, Erf 35109, Glenwood Shopping Centre, Shop 12 & 13 Corner of Townsend Road and Pinewood Avenue, Goodwood, 7500, Licence Reference Number: WCP/037265 – Ward 27 BE APPROVED. b) Should complaints be received concerning noise and/or unruly behavior of patrons, these will be investigated and may result in the extended trading hours being withdrawn. A c) Any complaints received concerning noise and/or unruly behavior of patrons will also be referred to the Western Cape Liquor Authority and may jeopardise the renewal of the liquor licence.
