RESOLVED ON 18 MARCH 2019 Ms Hermanus reported that the Subcouncil received an incomplete copy of the report and the full report will be submitted to the April 2019 subcouncil meeting. RESOLVED That the item remains on the Matters Receiving Attention until resolved. FOR ACTION: SHELTON NHIWATIWA

RESOLVED ON 18 FEBRUARY 2019 Ms N Hermanus said Mr S Nhiwatiwa of Property advised the Subcouncil that the report on Erf 6291 Bellville and Portion of Remainder of Erf 6139 Bellville, Noord Street Chrismar, Bellville was compiled and it is currently in circulation for signature. The report will be submitted to the March 2019 Subcouncil meeting. RESOLVED That the item remains on the Matters Receiving Attention until resolved. ACTION: RUDY GELDERBLOEM/ SHELTON NHIWATIWA

RESOLVED ON 21 JANUARY 2019 Ms Jansen said the meeting was held on 21 November 2018 and requested Cllr B van der Merwe to provide feedback. Cllr B van der Merwe reported that the official is busy with a report to Subcouncil 6. RESOLVED That the item remains on the Matters Receiving Attention until resolved. ACTION: RUDY GELDERBLOEM

RESOLVED ON 19 NOVEMBER 2018 Ms Jansen reported that the meeting regarding Chrismar Villas has been scheduled for 21 November 2018 to discuss the way forward. RESOLVED That the item remains on the Matters Receiving Attention until resolved. FOR INFORMATION: RUBY GELDERBLOEM

RESOLVED ON 15 OCTOBER 2018 Ms Jansen reported that she received correspondence from Mr R Rughubar indicating that TDA agreed to withdraw the reservation of Erf 6291 Bellville and portion of Erf 6139 Bellville for Social Housing Development and requested the Property Management Department to proceed with the withdrawal. Cllr B van der Merwe requested that a meeting be set up with the Property Management Department before the next Subcouncil meeting to discuss the way forward on this matter. RESOLVED That the item remains on the Matters Receiving Attention until resolved. That a meeting be arranged with PMD to discuss the way forward on this matter. FOR INFORMATION: RUBY GELDERBLOEM

RESOLVED ON 17 SEPTEMBER 2018 iii. That the Transport Development Authority reconsiders their reservation of the erven for Social Housing and further considers supporting the disposal via a competitive process through a closed tender calling for a Social Care Nature Development. iv. That the Commissioner of TDA provide feedback to the October 2018 Subcouncil meeting in this regard. Action: GERSHWIN FORTUNE / VUYANI LUDADA
