Subcouncil Meeting 19 November 2018:
Councillors indicated that from the feedback received from line department that the request for a pamphlet drop at affected households in Bethanie & Hebron Streets may not be practical and indicated that a media release may be more effective and reach more residents

That a media release be done by the Subcouncil Chairperson and ward councillors w r t traffic calming and policy requirements.
