UNANMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a)Ward committees be informed of the budgetary process
b)A Subcouncil 16 information session be scheduled around the budgetary process, including identified public organisations. Outlying areas e.g. Hangberg and Imizamo Yethu be accommodated in this session too (transport be provided by Public Participation)
c)Councillors submit project proposals relating to the Subcouncil area for the 2019/20 budget for transmission to line departments to consider as part of the internal budgetary process via the Budget Steering Committee.
