A) That the contents of the report be noted.
B) That the Subcouncil Manager be tasked with requesting Mr Reagan Melody (Manager: EPWP & CWP) to submit a report to the Subcouncil containing the following information:
i. How proposed projects are identified;
ii. How jobs are allocated for specific projects;
iii. Statistics to be provided in a quarterly report;
iv. That a project plan for the next financial year be submitted to the Subcouncil at its next meeting scheduled on 16th August 2018.
