1. That Subcouncil 12 NOTES and SUPPORTS the item relating to the
City’s intention to obtain an in-principle approval from Council for the sale by public
competition of vacant Erf 47340, 3 Miranda Street, Tafelsig,
Mitchell’s Plain, for a Place of worship and instruction.
