RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND
It is recommended that the lease of erf 1167 Fisantekraal, situated at corner of Dulah Omar and Lords Walk, Fisantekraal, shown by the figure lettered ABCDE on Plan No TA 786v1 (agenda page 491) marked Annexure A, in extent 346 m², to Fisantekraal Animal Welfare or its successors in title, BE APPROVED subject to inter alia the following conditions, that:
a) A tariff rental of R953,00 per annum inclusive of VAT be payable;
b) The lease will endure for a period of ten years;
c) The rental will be adjusted annually in terms of the rental tariff structure as approved by Council;
d) The property be used for the purpose of an animal clinic only;
e) Subject to such further conditions to be imposed by the Director: Property Management in terms of her delegated authority;
f) Subject to compliance with any other statutory requirements;
g) No compensation will be payable for any improvement made to the property.
h) No buildings may be constructed or trees planted within 1 meter of either side of the centre line of MV electricity lines;
i) Eskom requires 24 hour access for maintenance to or upgrading of its power its existing power lines, structures and infrastructure as well as to perform any activity to ensure the safe operation and maintenance of such power lines, structures and infrastructure.
