1. That Subcouncil 12 NOTES the decision taken under subdelegated authority in
respect of LLA1711010 ERF 29340 Cambridge Liquor, Liquor Department,
Woolworths Building Now the Cambridge Building, Section 6, Harmony Square On
7th Avenue and Symphony Walk, Mitchells Plain
2. That Subcouncil 12 recommends that the application for a liquor licence received
from Cambridge Liquor Mitchells Plain for the sale of liquor for consumption OFF
premises, Reference LLA1711010 be SUPPORTED subject to the business licence
being issued by the Environmental Health Department of the City of Cape Town
